I had a disappointing experience during my Thanksgiving stay. Despite being advertised as pet-friendly, the added pet fees were high. Housekeeping was non-existent, and I had to wait extensively for clean towels. Overall, I felt neglected by the staff, which made my stay quite uncomfortable.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We loved exploring the local sights like the Virginia Living Museum and the historic Hilton Village. The place was clean and comfortable. It had a fridge and microwave that worked great. Perfect spot for a group getaway!

Only downside was the WiFi. It wasn't working well when we checked in, and they didn’t follow up as promised. It’s a bit frustrating, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was decent with air conditioning, a microwave, and a private bathroom. But the shower was clogged. It was frustrating to deal with maintenance trying to fix it late at night. The carpet was gross and I wouldn't walk without flip flops. Some amenities failed to meet expectations.
